退貨政策

我們提供 30 天退貨政策，即您在收到商品後 30 天內可以申請退貨。

退貨條件

為了符合退貨資格，您的物品必須保持收到時的原始狀態，未磨損或未使用，須附帶吊牌，並採用原始包裝寄回。您還需要提供收據或購買憑証。

退貨處理

如果您的退貨申請獲批準，我們將向您發送退貨運送標籤以及退貨包裹的寄送方式和地址的説明。未經申請退貨就直接退回的物品將不會被受理。

損壞和問題

請在收到訂單後檢查您的訂單，如果物品存在瑕疵、損壞或您收到了錯誤的物品，請立即聯繫我們，以便我們評估問題並加以糾正。

例外 / 不可退還的物品
很遺憾，軟件類產品並不支援退貨 (例如 Notion Templates)。

確保您獲得所需物品最快的辦法是退回您擁有的物品，退貨申請獲批準後，再單獨購買新物品。


退款
我們將讓您知道我們收到並檢查了您的退貨貨物，並告訴您退款是否獲批。如果獲批，我們將於 10 個工作日內通過您原來的付款方式自動退款給您。請記住，您的銀行或信用卡公司可能也需要一些時間來處理和髮佈退款。

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Processing

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We regret that software products are not returnable (e.g., Notion Templates).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
